Seth started ServiceMacs in 2005 after leaving a firm he helped grow for over 9 years. His knowledge and customer rapport has helped ServiceMacs maintain a one hundred percent customer retention rate. Seth has been optimizing Macintosh environments for over fifteen years.
Jesse Geertgens
Jesse has been working in IT for the past 10 years. He has worked with
Fortune 500 Marketing Firm’s as well as Education services. His knowledge of
the Creative Macintosh footprint, comprehensive PC knowledge, and IT
management background allow him to excel in a mixed platform environment.
Jeremy Shockley
Jeremy has been a Mac technician for fourteen years. He started his career in an Apple Specialist retail store in Tucson Arizona. From there he went on to become the Mac network administrator for a middle school. Jeremy is also a musician and audio engineer and furthered his technical skill set becoming the IT administrator of the famed Jim Henson Recording Studio in Los Angeles. Since moving to the east coast, he has worked for a Mac firm in New York City and qualified for server level certification from Apple.
Stephen Cenatiempo
Stephen is a new addition to the well established ServiceMacs team. He is all about work ethic and customer satisfaction, all the while sustaining great knowledge of the macintosh platform and experience with PC system administration. Stephen received the A+ certification in 2010 for extensive computer software and hardware knowledge and has been using and troubleshooting Macs for 5 years.
